All Magic Comes With a Price

I have been watching Once Upon a Time and I absolutely adore Rumpelstiltskin, the little psychopath It got me watching a lot of other things with Robert Carlyle. Found some cool stuff in that line of thought.

So I meant to do this piece for a couple of months and finally got it started on my winter break. Took me at least a week, working on one section at a time. The alligator skin clothes were an interesting challenge. Then there was the challenge of the background. I hate doing backgrounds, but I was surprisingly pleased with myself on this one

All done in crayola colored pencils. 8"X10" on regular sketch book paper.
